ARTWORK
Your vector-based artwork may be submitted on 3½" floppy disk, CD-Rom, Zip Disk or via email, in the following PC formats:
CorelDRAW ver. 9.0 or earlier
Adobe Illustrator ver. 9.0 or earlier

All fonts must be converted to outlines. In many cases, it is possible for us to access .eps files created in other vector-based design applications.

Note: Bitmap images (.bmp, .jpg, .tif, etc.) imported or placed within a vector file does not constitute acceptable artwork. Rebuilding your submitted bitmaps to vector-based graphics will be charged at current artwork rates. All charges will be reviewed with the customer before commencing.

To ensure the best product possible, your submitted artwork may need to be adjusted to compensate for limitations in the production process. Minor alterations will be done at no extra charge. However, artwork requiring substantial or ongoing changes to meet indecisive directions will be charged at $45.00 per hour (V). Again, all charges will be reviewed with the customer before commencing.

The design of our 646, 667, 311 and 714 tumbler style mugs requires a minor controlled distortion of the artwork to fit the taper and curvature of the mugs. We will reproduce your artwork at no charge to print these items, providing artwork is submitted in an editable vector-based format.

CLEAR FILM POSITIVE & PMT's
Supplied clear film positive cannot be used in our processes for sandblasting stainless steel. Film will only be accepted for single color, single location screen-printed work, provided that it is submitted at required sizing with minimum line weights of no less than .7 points.

Artwork for multi-color orders must be built to our exact specifications in regards to trap and line weight. For the best possible finished product, submit your art in electronic format, in order for us to make any necessary adjustments. We do not offer a reduction in setup fees on orders accompanied by clear film - in most cases customer submitted film does not meet the requirements of our processes.

PMT's are only accepted on single color, single location orders, provided they are received at the required size or larger. There is no reduction in setup charges when submitting PMT's.

SAMPLES
Various printed or sandblasted stainless steel samples are available and will be selected at random. These will be provided at no charge, whenever possible. Unprinted mugs and vacuum bottles will be charged at end price.

Shipping of samples will be charged to the customer's account.

PROOFS
Paper proofs are provided at no charge. The cost of a production proof is as follows:
a) Screen setup cost ($40.00 per color (G)) or
Etching setup if sandblasted ($40.00 (G)).
b) Applicable Art charges, where required
($45.00 per hour (G)).
c) Cost of product.
d) Shipping charges.
These are non-refundable charges. If an order is placed within 10 working days, there will be no further artwork or setup charges.

Please note: Any revisions of the proof are subject to additional artwork and possibly screen or sandblasting setup charges. All initial proof costs or additional charges will require customer approval before proceeding.

COLOR MATCHING
We use a specially formulated epoxy paint designed for durability. Available colors are not Pantone based. Colors tend to lighten slightly due to the nature of stainless steel, so exact Pantone matches are difficult, if not impossible. We offer a very close approximation, and have never had a color-match refused.

COLOR AND COPY CHANGES
Color changes - $20.00, Copy changes - $40.00.

OVER/UNDER RUNS
We reserve the right to over-ship by 5%.
On single color, single location or wrap prints, we will ship exact quantities. Multi-color prints generally will be over-shipped by 2 - 5 units.

SHIPPING
•All orders are F.O.B.: Factory.
•Orders will be shipped as per customer specifications.
•Your carrier’s shipping number will be required for RUSH or OVERNIGHT shipments.
•Add $10.00 per additional address on drop shipments or split shipments.
