1. Setup Charges
Initial setup charge - $40.00 (C); Repeat setup charge - $25.00 (C). Laser setup charges apply to all new orders. Setup charges include a ½ hour artwork allowance for reversing, foil outlines, adjusting line weights, etc. If required, additional artwork - $50.00/hr. (G). A firm quote will be provided once artwork requirements are reviewed.

2. Artwork Approval
You will receive a copy of the artwork for your signed approval prior to commencement.

3. Foil Highlights
We use foil to highlight graphics or names etc. One placement is included in the price. Additional colors have a $4.00 charge per location. (C)

4. Personalization
Lasered personalization is available:

5. Plates
a) If plates are required to denote individual or company names, etc., on lasered plaques or frames, pricing is as follows:

Each additional line - $2.00 (c); additional plate - 30¢ (C) sq. in. Pricing includes Brass or Aluminum plate up to 4 sq. in. and 1 line of lasered/engraved text, plus year designation, if required.

b) If plates are required to denote year or mileage, etc., on lasered plaques or frames, pricing is as follows:

Lasered/engraved Brass or Aluminum Plate up to 2 sq. in. - $2.40 (C)
Lasered/engraved 1" Disk - Black Brass only - $2.40 (C)
Blank Brass or Aluminum Plate up to 2 sq. in. - $1.50 (C)

6. Overruns & Underruns
We ship the exact amount of the product order.

7. Production Time
Standard production time is 10 business days from Art Approval.

8. Rush Orders
We work to your schedule. However, rush charges may apply on orders requiring delivery times of 5 working days or less.

9. Packaging
All products are bulk shipped. Individual boxes for 7x9, 8x10, and 9x12 plaques are $1.50 (E) each.

10. Shipping
All shipments will be made on your courier account number or shipped collect.
